About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design a variety of materials for presentations, internal campaigns, corporate events, and B2B marketing across print and digital formats.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute design projects effectively.
• Prepare final artwork for print production and digital delivery, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Develop creative concepts and visual assets that align with company branding and marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility and usability standards for digital and print formats.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years in graphic design, working across print and digital mediums.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Understanding of various digital asset types, specifications, and best practices for optimized design delivery.
• Experience with print production, including file preparation, color management, and press-ready formats.
• A keen eye for layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy to create compelling designs.
• Ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams, articulate design concepts, and incorporate feedback.
• Strong ability to take direction while working autonomously to meet deadlines and project objectives.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design or basic video editing.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing materials and trade show design.
