About the Role

BASIS Ed Central Office is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their established marketing and creative services team. The role involves elevating the visual identity of their celebrated brand supporting top-ranked public schools nationwide. Based in Scottsdale, this position offers a hybrid work schedule and the opportunity to contribute to innovative educational marketing campaigns that connect with prospective families, students, and the community.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce a wide range of sophisticated graphic content, including digital and print advertisements, social media assets, email and web designs, brochures, and school support materials.
Collaborate closely with copywriters and marketing specialists to ensure seamless integration of visual and written messaging for effective campaigns.
Leverage expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to develop innovative design solutions, with bonus points for proficiency in animation and video editing.
Research and incorporate current design trends and emerging technologies, including the strategic use of AI in design workflows.
Manage multiple design projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and creative briefs from conceptualization to final delivery.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of dedicated graphic design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling, brand consistency, and impactful campaign work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Strong understanding of core design principles: layout, typography, and color theory, with the ability to apply them creatively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to work independently and manage complex projects with meticulous attention to detail.
A genuine commitment to providing a world-class education and contributing to positive social impact through design.
