About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide range of sophisticated graphic content, including digital and print advertisements, social media assets, email and web designs, brochures, and school support materials.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters and marketing specialists to ensure seamless integration of visual and written messaging for effective campaigns.
• Leverage expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to develop innovative design solutions, with bonus points for proficiency in animation and video editing.
• Research and incorporate current design trends and emerging technologies, including the strategic use of AI in design workflows.
• Manage multiple design projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and creative briefs from conceptualization to final delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated graphic design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling, brand consistency, and impactful campaign work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of core design principles: layout, typography, and color theory, with the ability to apply them creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects with meticulous attention to detail.
