About the Role

The Graphic Designer will process all art associated with orders, manage design requests, and complete projects in a timely manner. They will design conceptual headwear for both overseas and domestic production, ensuring customer needs are met through effective communication and creative design work.

Key Responsibilities

Communicating with fellow staff members to ensure customer's needs are met.
Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design.
Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations and company logos.
Use computer software to generate designs.
Responding to all inquiries from customers to understand clearly what type of direction is needed.
Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements

Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop or a desire to learn.
Possess artistic ability as well as a basic fundamental understanding of design and color theory.
Ability to work closely with other people.
Punctuality and a positive work attitude.
Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily.
Attentiveness and patience.
Time-management skills.
Detail-oriented mindset.
Physical ability to perform sitting, standing, walking, lifting (over 75 lbs.), bending, twisting, reaching, stretching, pushing, and pulling.
