About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Organizes, conceptualizes, creates and designs complex creative marketing materials to meet the needs of all lines of business.
• Understands and adheres to corporate brand guidelines.
• Applies advanced creative skills and judgment to present ideas, words, and visualization to align with strategic priorities.
• Provides support for project teams in presentation of creative ideas.
• Builds graphic design ideas from concept and design through execution that supports business objectives, many complex in nature.
• Collaborates with copywriters, designers, marketing specialists, proofreaders and other internal partners on a regular basis to design more complex marketing materials.
• Develops and delivers engaging presentations that represent the work well to achieve understanding and appropriately influence.
• Maintains a high level of proficiency in new and relevant technologies and software applications.
• Acts as a coach/mentor and provides guidance to less experienced designers.

Requirements

• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Specific certifications are often required.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
• Preferred skills include Advertising, Brand Management, Communication, Design, Marketing, Marketing Communications (MarCom), Online Advertising, Writing.
• Competencies include Collaborating, Creativity, Effective Communications, Graphic Design, Graphic Tools, Graphic Visualization, Managing Multiple Priorities, Marketing Function, Products and Services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
