Graphic Designer, Sr. Associate

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design physical and digital gift cards along with packaging for our premium clients
• Take ownership of a design project from start to finish
• Prepare and preflight client artwork files for packaging and print production
• Catalog art files and physical products in the creative server and sample repository
• Ensure high-quality execution and on-time delivery of assigned projects
• Manage multiple jobs with strong organization and time-management skills
• Understand design briefs and apply information to meet client expectations
• Apply extensive knowledge of typography, layout, and design principles
• Collaborate in a team environment to deliver design solutions
• Learn about gift card products, attributes, specifications, and print production processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of graphic design experience for consumer products, packaging, and collateral materials
• Associate's degree in graphic communications or advertising design, working towards a bachelor's degree
• Strong online portfolio
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Basic knowledge of print production
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
