• Account Leadership: Own assigned lines of business and client relationships; foster a positive professional environment; coach and mentor internal teams; manage challenges effectively; consult client on best practices with influencer marketing.
• Business Growth: Identify and grow billing opportunities; ensure financial operations align with scope of work; inspire new products and services; assist with new business pitches.
• Team Management & Supervision: Strong communicator who can effectively align client vision and deploy with internal teams; demonstrate strong supervisory skills; provide real-time performance feedback.
