About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop brand, business, and creative strategies that influence high-level outcomes
• Guide teams through complex strategic challenges—from positioning to experience ecosystems and media strategy
• Push beyond campaign thinking to shape long-term brand architectures and innovation platforms

Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic leadership within advertising, brand consultancy, or digital innovation
• Track record of shaping high-impact, award-winning work in advertising
• Mastery of brand, communications, and experience strategy
• Skilled in building and leading teams, as well as managing senior client relationships
• Strategic thinker with strong cultural intuition, business acumen, and creative empathy
• Experience with B2B markets
• A strong point of view about culture
