Job Description

About the Role

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe's all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen. We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! Acrobat is a trusted name with an unfolding business story. Your mission is to help write the next chapter—positioning Acrobat as a modern platform where efficiency meets creativity and smart collaboration, powered by AI. You'll connect what we build to what businesses—from small shops to global enterprises—need. That means helping teams work smarter, communicate more clearly, and unlock the full value of the documents they rely on every day. Be strategic, articulate, practical, and hands-on. Guide clarity, simplify, and prioritize team progress. You'll partner across a highly matrixed organization—including Sales, Product, Brand, Comms, and Web—bringing different perspectives together into one clear, cohesive story. If you enjoy crafting bold narratives, making emerging tech feel human, and encouraging teams around a shared vision—this is your moment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve Acrobat's business messaging across segments—from small businesses to mid-market and enterprise.
  • Build and scale sales enablement programs that give customer-facing teams the clarity and confidence to tell Acrobat's story.
  • Develop standout content experiences—webinars, sales collateral, leadership presentations, and messaging frameworks.
  • Help advance Acrobat's analyst relations strategy—partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our story is well-articulated, well-understood, and well-represented.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Brand, and Enablement teams to bring new features and go-to-market motions to life.
  • Turn customer insights, competitive signals, and market trends into content and programs that resonate.
  • Establish smart governance and measurement practices to keep content current, effective, and aligned to business needs.
  • Set the vision—but also get in the work. You'll model what it means to lead by doing.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years in product marketing, go-to-market, or B2B strategy roles—ideally in SaaS, efficiency, or platform environments.
  • Experience crafting narratives that influence perception—whether through product marketing, strategic communications, PR, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading a team and mentoring individuals across abilities and experience levels.
  • Proven ability to build central messaging and enablement programs that drive alignment and action.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills—ability to turn complex into clear and scattered into strategic.
  • A track record of navigating cross-functional dynamics in matrixed orgs and bringing people along a shared path.
  • Experience working with (or leading) analyst relations and understanding their influence in market positioning.
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies—especially AI—and how they influence the future of work.
  • High comfort toggling between strategy and execution—big picture to fine detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with enterprise or multi-segment sales cycles.
  • Background in PR, communications strategy, or executive communications.
  • Background in managing content or training agencies.
  • Familiarity with brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and campaign planning.
  • Experience launching or repositioning a product in a shifting competitive landscape.
  • Strong narrative instinct and ability to capture customer voice and tone.

Qualifications

  • Educational background is not explicitly specified, but extensive experience in product marketing or related fields is required.

Benefits & Perks

  • The U.S. pay range for this position is $141,200 -- $249,700 annually, varying by location and experience.
  • Compensation includes base salary, commission plans, and potential long-term incentives such as equity awards.
  • Additional incentives may include short-term incentives via the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

Working at Adobe

Adobe is committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. They value diverse perspectives, innovation, and making a positive impact through digital experiences.
