About the Role

A client with Kforce is seeking a Growth Manager and Value Leader to join their team onsite in Mountain View CA. The role involves driving growth through cross-sell strategies, personalization initiatives, and collaboration with various teams to enhance user engagement and ecosystem utilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate journey insights into targeted cross-sell opportunities that would be delivered in partnership w/ Product, Commercialization, GTM and other key partners
  • Define technical requirements for personalization initiatives & experiments to guide users through a value ladder, increasing their engagement and utilization of relevant ecosystem features
  • Partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, Commercialization, Go-To-Market, Analytics, and Product teams to build and scale these growth levers
  • Drive measurable improvements in the rate at which users adopt certain offerings and vice-versa
  • Develop and refine in-product pathways that effectively move customers towards higher-value actions and deeper ecosystem engagement
  • Show clear improvements in activation, engagement, and conversion rates at critical points in the ecosystem journey

Requirements

  • Experienced Growth Professional (Technical Focus): Typically 5+ years in a role focused on driving growth through data-driven experimentation and technical initiatives within a consumer tech or FinTech company
  • Technical Aptitude & Systems Thinking: Strong understanding of how digital products, data systems, and marketing technology work together to deliver personalized experiences; Ability to effectively collaborate with engineering and data science teams to define requirements and implement solutions
  • Cross-Sell & Personalization Experience with Experimentation and Data Science Expertise: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing cross-sell strategies and personalized in-product experiences; Proven experience in designing and running A/B tests and other experiments, analyzing results, and iterating quickly; Proficiency with self-serving analytics and ML tools to decipher personalization experiments

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in growth, experimentation, personalization, or related fields
  • Experience working with data science, engineering, and product teams
  • Proficiency with analytics and ML tools
