We're looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing & Campaign Execution Specialist to join our small, fast-moving marketing team. Working closely with the CEO & COO, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on owning marketing outcomes from end to end—generating leads, deploying content campaigns, and using data to improve what works. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the creation, launch, and optimization of campaigns across email (HubSpot), paid advertising (Google Ads, social), partner associations, and website channels.
  • Build lead-generation funnels and forms in HubSpot to convert web and campaign traffic into MQLs and SQLs.
  • Develop landing pages and campaign assets using existing content, customized for channel and audience.
  • Format blog posts, newsletters, and website pages for clarity, accessibility, and SEO performance (proper header structures, keyword usage, meta descriptions, etc.).
  • Use WordPress tools to format and publish content; collaborate with web coders when advanced customization is needed.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, ensuring messaging and visual elements align with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and executive leadership, to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Track and analyze the performance of all campaigns using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and ad platform metrics.
  • Make informed recommendations on what to improve, test, or scale based on data.
  • Provide regular reporting to the executive team with actionable insights, not just metrics.
  • Develop SOPs and repeatable processes based on what's working.
  • Identify patterns that lead to strong performance and build internal standards to repeat them.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a marketing role focused on demand generation, SEO, and campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience executing across email, paid ads, content, and web without needing a large support team.
  • Confident with HubSpot (email workflows, landing pages, forms), WordPress (including widget-based formatting), and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and derive insights.
  • Excellent writing and formatting skills to transform raw content into engaging, lead-driving experiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Working knowledge of marketing concepts, strategies, tactics, and basic graphic design.
  • Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Google Ads, Canva, Figma, and basic design tools.
  • Understanding of small to mid-sized business audiences, especially owner/operators and office managers.
  • Demonstrated experience generating leads in a B2B or service-based industry, preferably in medical/dental/HR sectors.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn from setbacks.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B marketing or service-based industries.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot workflows, landing pages, and forms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content formatting.
  • Experience working in a small to mid-sized business environment.
