About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the analytics processes across multiple functions or business units leveraging complex analytical tools to create data-driven solutions.
• Serves as a mentor to more junior employees in analytical and strategic processes.
• Consults with clients and mentors on tool and strategy implementation, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product development.
• Determines the optimal analytic approach and supports development, implementation, and enhancements.
• Conceptualizes, develops, and continuously optimizes analytical solutions for operations and executive management to enable data-driven decision making.
• Analyzes results and makes recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicates conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.

Requirements

• A fungible skill set with the ability to support strategic program ownership including product portfolio strategy, branding, go-to-market planning, and campaign optimization.
• Ownership of full customer lifecycle marketing program with accountability for the program P&L.
• Development and implementation of strategic, multi-channel marketing agendas based on business objectives, customer insights, and competitive landscape assessments.
• Effective storytelling skills to influence others and align with growth strategies and acquisition levers.
• Experience leading strategy in a large, matrixed organization and bringing multiple stakeholders together to build consensus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to influence partners and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Typically requires a university/college degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
