Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer behavior and available 1st party data (e.g., demographics, firmographics, engagement metrics) to identify patterns and trends.
Develop and implement lead segmentation strategies based on behavior, preferences, and intent.
Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Team to ensure segmentation aligns with campaign goals and objectives.
Ensure campaigns are aligned with lead segmentation strategies and optimized for maximum ROI.
Assist in mapping campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising) to ensure effective targeting and personalization.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field).
Analytical skills: Proficient in analyzing data, identifying trends, and drawing conclusions.
Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Communication skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Marketing knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing principles, including lead generation, segmentation, and campaign execution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
