Growth Marketing Manager (Dublin, CA)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of paid digital campaigns across search, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO & SEM strategy, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and high-intent keyword targeting.
• Create, maintain, and optimize landing pages and website content using SEO best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to craft compelling content and messaging that attracts, engages, and converts target audiences.
• Identify and test new channels and tactics for growth.
• Build reports and dashboards, track and analyze key metrics across channels, and provide insights for ongoing campaign optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Deep expertise in paid media, including Google, LinkedIn, programmatic display, and retargeting.
• Strong proficiency in SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Ability to be scrappy, move quickly, test frequently, and iterate based on data and insights.
• Experience with marketing and analytics tools including Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce.
• Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset; fluent in KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CAC, and ROI.

• Experience using or building with AI tools (e.g., custom GPTs).
