We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven senior consultant to join our in-house growth media team, responsible for programmatic media, SEO, paid social, and paid search advertising efforts, playing a crucial role in shaping our digital marketing strategy across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform keyword research and identify content opportunities to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
  • Optimize existing and new content (blogs, landing pages, product pages, etc.) for on-page SEO elements including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and keyword usage.
  • Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into content creation workflows.
  • Conduct content audits to identify underperforming content and recommend updates or consolidation strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in search such as AI overviews and LLMs.
  • Manage all elements of programmatic media campaigns including campaign creation, audience development, budget allocation, creative trafficking, and measurement.
  • Identify opportunities for testing within advertising platforms.
  • Create compelling ad copy and identify opportunities for A/B copy testing.
  • Benchmark campaign results against historical and competitive results and stay ahead of industry and competitive trends.
  • Drive strong financial performance of budget management focusing on growth opportunities, new business sales, and customer lifetime value.
  • Drive constant data-driven optimization of campaigns and incorporate learnings to improve performance.
  • Ensure campaign tracking/tagging is implemented to capture all necessary data points.
  • Work within a group dynamic and provide support on QA efforts as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 or more years of related experience.
  • Experience working in high-volume accounts preferred.
  • Experience working in programmatic media platforms such as DV360.
  • Experience with content management platforms.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with competitive insight tools such as Brightedge and SEMrush.
  • Strong understanding of on-page SEO and content strategy.
  • Budget management skills including forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • Team player with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute at a tactical level.
  • Ability to influence decision-making in a highly matrix environment.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to drive performance.
  • Advanced communication skills including proficiency in developing and delivering presentations.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation offered is $66,800.00 - 120,650.00 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • The candidate will be required to submit to a background investigation.
