About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective lead management strategies, ensuring leads are accurately tracked and attributed across all paid channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Plan, build, and manage high-performing paid advertising campaigns from start to finish, including audience targeting, ad creative development, copywriting, and budget management.
• Analyze campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), translating complex data into actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
• Create detailed reports that showcase the impact of our efforts.
• Design and execute A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, and campaign settings to continuously improve conversion rates and campaign performance.
• Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify market trends, competitive strategies, and new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Remain current with the latest updates, trends, and best practices across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms to maintain a competitive edge and advise clients on new opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Google or Meta platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Nice to Have

• Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and various ad platform dashboards.
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads and preferred LinkedIn Ads.
• Familiarity with other growth tools such as CRM platforms or marketing automation software.
• Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies.
• Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• A 'test and learn' mentality, with a passion for experimentation and optimization.
