The Growth Technology team supports app store operations, digital asset management, and AI tool integration to enhance marketing efficiency and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage creative assets and experimentation plans for the App Store and Google Play Store; drive ongoing brand look & feel and long-term experimentation roadmap
  • Act as primary point of contact for external vendors related to our apps stores
  • Create and own a roadmap to increase native app upsell in partnership with product managers, engineers, and marketing
  • Own mobile marketing intelligence tools, partnering with growth marketers to enable competitive benchmarking and platform insights
  • Lead the strategy and implementation of Gen AI tools to accelerate marketing workflows; run experiments, iterate, and identify the most impactful ways to embed AI into marketing processes and product roadmaps
  • Own and drive the adoption of AI technology to create engaging, high performing marketing content for our app, email, digital and social platforms
  • Responsible for the adoption, implementation, and roll out of marketing technology solutions including a digital asset manager
  • Stay current on industry trends, new platforms, technologies, and best practices in content monetization
  • Innovate new processes and solutions, including vetting vendor solutions and providing recommendations to improve marketer efficiency

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing app store operations and optimizations
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing organization or similar managing technology solutions from RFP to implementation and adoption
  • Effective collaboration across Marketing, Creative, and Engineering teams to bring testing and app strategies to life
  • High degree of communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to understand how work gets done and integrate new tools or processes within existing systems
  • Previous experience managing AI tools, DAM systems, or app store optimizations
  • Default to innovation to solve problems with new technology capabilities and leading hypothesis-driven tests
