Key Responsibilities

Architect, automate, and secure integrations and AI workflows to turn marketing activities into a predictable and scalable pipeline.
Build and maintain clean, bidirectional data flows between HubSpot, Salesforce, Qualified, and Amplemarket to ensure data synchronization.
Automate funnel workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce, including enrichment, scoring, routing, and lifecycle triggers with a sub-5-minute SLA.
Own tagging and attribution across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and META, ensuring accurate UTMs, pixel governance, and first-party data capture.
Stand up real-time dashboards in Looker to surface metrics such as MQL→SQL conversion, velocity, CAC, and LTV.
Embed AI/LLM calls to accelerate scoring or personalization, documenting workflows for repeatability.
Harden the environment with CI/CD, code reviews, observability, and ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance.

Requirements

5+ years of Martech/RevOps engineering experience in B2B SaaS with proven ownership of HubSpot and Salesforce integrations.
Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and SQL.
Experience working with APIs and iPaaS tooling.
Hands-on experience configuring Qualified chatbots, HubSpot automation, Amplemarket cadences, and pixel/tag management for Google, LinkedIn, and META.
Deep understanding of demand-generation funnel metrics, multi-touch attribution, and data privacy regulations.

Nice to Have

Experience with Looker modeling.
AI/LLM integration work.
Prior exposure to localization or SaaS domains.

Qualifications

Experience in Martech/RevOps engineering in B2B SaaS.
