About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define the overarching design vision and strategy for Unify, ensuring alignment with company goals and product future.
• Champion and elevate the craft of design across the organization by establishing processes and systems that ensure high-quality, impactful work.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the team of product designers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture.
• Develop career paths and growth opportunities for team members.
• Act as a strategic partner within the product leadership team, collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to shape product roadmap and strategy.
• Be the ultimate advocate for users in all product decisions by driving a culture of deep user empathy and leveraging research and data.
• Implement and refine design processes (UX research, prototyping, QA, documentation) and systems to create efficiency and scale design operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with significant experience working on complex B2B or SaaS products.
• 3+ years of design leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
• A compelling portfolio or demonstrated ability to lead design for large-scale, complex products.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to connect design decisions to business goals, user value, and long-term vision.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for articulating vision and rationale to leadership, teams, and the company.
• Deep empathy for users and a passion for solving complex problems with human-centered solutions.
• A collaborative spirit, low ego, and eagerness to work in a transparent environment with open and constructive feedback.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and go-to-market.
• Experience in scaling design operations and processes.

Qualifications
