Our products enable restaurants to build their brand and connect directly with loyal customers. We provide the commission-free technology they need to serve guests and manage operations—from online ordering and phone AI agents to loyalty programs. We work at the intersection of the digital and physical world, and the team oversees both the consumer and merchant sides of the experience. The role involves leading a product design team in a hybrid work environment, partnering with cross-functional teams, and shaping the design strategy for a 3-sided marketplace ecosystem.
