About the Role

A fast-growing AI video commerce platform is seeking a hands-on Head of Growth to lead and scale its self-service revenue engine. You'll own the entire funnel—from acquisition to activation, conversion, and expansion—turning free users into loyal paying customers through bold experimentation and data-driven strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and continuously optimize the self-service funnel by identifying drop-offs and implementing impactful improvements.
  • Craft persuasive messaging across onboarding flows, in-product copy, and lifecycle campaigns to guide users toward paid conversion.
  • Launch and scale growth campaigns via email, in-app prompts, and paid channels.
  • Build a growth tech stack including analytics, experimentation, and automation tools.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ship cross-functional growth initiatives.
  • Act as a team of one initially, then lay the groundwork for scaling the growth function over time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience driving growth for B2B SaaS or e-commerce products with a strong self-service model.
  • Proven success improving key growth metrics (conversion, activation, retention, ARR) through experimentation.
  • Hands-on expertise in product analytics, A/B testing, email automation, copywriting, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong product sense and attention to UX details.
  • Resourceful and proactive mindset, comfortable owning ambitious goals in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in RevOps, product management, or full-stack marketing.
  • Familiarity with the Shopify/e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Comfort with SQL, BI tools, or growth platforms such as Segment, Amplitude, HubSpot, Mixpanel, or Customer.io.
