About the Role

We're hiring a Head of Influencer and Community to lead and define our influencer marketing strategy from the ground up. In this pivotal role, you'll build strong relationships with influencers and community partners to drive awareness and engagement through bold campaigns and collaborative initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Own the development and execution of a comprehensive influencer and community strategy aligned with brand objectives
Identify and build authentic relationships with influencers and creators that align with our values and resonate with our core audience
Manage inbound PR/influencer inquiries and work with creative and leadership teams to scale thoughtful, innovative campaigns
Track, measure, and optimize the performance of influencer programs and community initiatives, making data-driven decisions
Report on influencer and community metrics to gauge impact and align with business KPIs
Stay ahead of trends, emerging platforms, and cultural moments to unlock new opportunities for engagement
Represent the brand at events and within the creator space to cultivate strong relationships and advocate for community growth

Requirements

Experience in influencer marketing, community building, or related fields
Ability to develop and execute strategic campaigns
Strong relationship-building skills with influencers and community partners
Data-driven mindset with ability to track and analyze performance metrics
