High Horsepower & Crop Production Product Specialist - Case IH

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and provide value propositions to dealers and customers.
• Engage in dealer and customer demos, field days, training events, dealer meetings, and customer visits to implement retail unit and share objectives in the assigned territory.
• Serve as the marketing product expert for High Horsepower Tractors & Crop Production products to sales and marketing, product management, and product development teams.
• Provide training sessions to key internal and external partners within your region.
• Help build marketing and training materials for assigned products to communicate their value, features, and benefits to the commercial organization, dealer network, and specialists.
• Set and achieve dealer order objectives, supervise demo activity, and manage field inventory of products in your region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of agricultural product experience with direct customer agriculture equipment sales support.
• Ability to travel 75%, as this is a field-based position.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting or demonstrating high horsepower tractors and crop production equipment.
• Experience in regional marketing and training activities.

Qualifications

• Educational background in agriculture, engineering, or related field (implied by degree requirement).
• Experience supporting agricultural equipment sales and customer support.
