About the Role

HCA Healthcare at Home is looking for an experienced Home Health Account Manager in Jacksonville. The position involves coordinating business development and education efforts within the community, ensuring continuity of care, and developing home health programs. The role supports the company's mission to provide quality healthcare services during recovery at home, with a focus on building relationships with referral sources and promoting services in the local community.

Key Responsibilities

Visits and establishes rapport and relationships with referral sources, including providing educational services and presenting business plans
Supports and participates in marketing functions to ensure engagement in community networking
Communicates progress of all activities to appropriate leaders
Responsible for identifying new markets to promote services to

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with a major in Marketing, and/or Licensed Nurse preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales or public relations, preferably in a home health care company
Reliable transportation and proof of valid automobile liability insurance
Must have valid driver's license
Travel required

Nice to Have

Experience in home health care sales or public relations
Knowledge of community networking and marketing in healthcare

Qualifications

Formal education in Marketing or Nursing preferred
Experience in sales or public relations in a healthcare setting
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel as required
