About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a senior marketing consultant to join the Home Lending marketing team. The role involves supporting segment marketing through event support, marketing initiatives, and channel strategy. The position requires leading complex initiatives, analyzing marketing data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating across teams to achieve marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as key participation in large-scale planning for marketing
Act as key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales, and profitability for marketing
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors
Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives related to marketing
Analyze and interpret trends to ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations, and policies related to marketing
Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals across enterprise, lines of business, vendor relationships, and cross-functional resources on highly complex initiatives
May lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor

Requirements

5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e., Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Proven ability to interact and align with key stakeholders
Ability to track project dependencies and manage changing priorities
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization
Experience with marketing platforms and tools such as Aprimo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, and JIRA
2+ years of experience in Consumer lending, preferably with Home Mortgage

Nice to Have

4+ years of experience with risk management framework and a commitment to compliance
