About the Role

Our Hospice Care Consultants get the opportunity every day to educate healthcare professionals about hospice services and provide end-of-life solutions that are committed to clinical excellence, compassion, and dignity when life matters most. They are part of a team that offers a consultative approach to grow partnerships with referral sources, working in the community, making phone calls, conducting presentations, and collaborating with clinical and operational teams to promote high-quality hospice services.

Key Responsibilities

Educate healthcare professionals and referral sources about hospice services and end-of-life solutions.
Be in the community daily to build and maintain referral partnerships.
Make phone calls and conduct presentations to current and potential referral sources.
Work side-by-side with clinical and operational teams to promote clinical excellence in hospice services.

Requirements

Hospice heart: compassionate, kind, and empathetic towards clients, patients, and their families.
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience preferred in hospice sales, home health sales, medical device sales, clinical liaison, RN liaison, clinical coordination, or medical sales.
Proven track record of being a top performer.
Known and respected within your community.
Bachelor's Degree focused in Marketing or Business preferred.

Community recognition or respect.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience.
Bachelor's Degree focused in Marketing or Business (preferred).
