Hospice Marketer/ Liaison

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a working relationship with multiple referral sources and provide effective education of hospice services
• Build brand awareness throughout referral base and monitor community, PCP offices, hospital, ALF, PCH and other referral sources
• Stay current with industry and marketplace changes and opportunities for competitive advantage
• Collaborate and communicate with team and cross-functional partners to fully meet customer needs
• Maintain knowledge of and commitment to the hospice philosophy of care
• Attend after hour/weekend functions such as vendor booths, fundraisers, mixers, etc. that are the responsibility of the marketing team
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Worked in the medical field in the greater Atlanta area
• Experience in hospice agency with education background in medicine, psychology, sociology, and social work preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, health care or related field, Master's degree preferred
• 2+ years experience in health care marketing
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
• Self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision
• Hospice Liaison: 2 years (Required)
• Hospice Marketing: 2 years (Required)
• Hospice Sales: 2 years (Required)
• Ability to commute to Gwinnett County, GA (Required)

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice liaison, marketing, and sales for at least 2 years
• Experience working in the medical field in the greater Atlanta area
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
