About the Role

The HubSpot Administrator at Marquis Companies is a collaborative and technically proficient role supporting marketing and branding initiatives. The position involves supporting HubSpot administration and optimization at an entry-level capacity while leading mid-level marketing projects, including website redesign and marketing automation implementation. The role aims to develop strategic marketing processes, drive operational efficiency, and align initiatives with business goals, with potential for advancement to a Marketing Operations Manager role. This is a fully in-office position located in Milwaukie, Oregon.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub under senior guidance, ensuring alignment with strategic marketing objectives.
Lead coordination of the website redesign, collaborating with designers, developers, and content creators to deliver a user-centric, brand-aligned site.
Develop and refine standardized marketing processes, enhancing cross-functional workflows and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually compelling, brand-consistent designs using HubSpot's design tools and coding capabilities.
Implement technical SEO best practices, including optimizing site architecture, improving load times, managing redirects, and using structured data.
Maintain contact databases, ensure data accuracy, and assist with segmentation for targeted campaigns.
Monitor campaign and project outcomes, analyze performance data, and propose optimizations to maximize ROI and operational impact.
Deliver clear updates to leadership and cross-functional teams, fostering alignment and driving strategic initiatives.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in Wrike for marketing initiatives, including website redesigns.
Lead discussions on marketing operations strategy, aligning campaigns, tools, and processes with long-term business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
0-1 year of experience with HubSpot (CRM or Marketing Hub) or similar platforms (internships or coursework acceptable).
3-5 years of experience in marketing project management, with success in managing complex projects like website redesigns or campaigns.
Proficiency in HubSpot configuration, workflows, and reporting.
Experience with Wrike for project management and process tracking.
Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot CMS or WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS.
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or marketing operations best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, inbound Marketing).
Wrike certification or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
