Human Resources Project Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support a variety of process improvement activities assigned by HR Director
• Collaborate closely with HR Director to assist in the development, tracking, and execution of HR project plans, timelines and deliverables
• Support data collection, analysis reporting related to HR initiatives
• Prepare reports, presentations, project status reports and updates for HR leadership and key stakeholders
• Effectively communicate project status, updates and changes to relevant stakeholders, including HR team members, managers and employees
• Coordinate with HRBPs on site initiatives and execution of HR activity
• Monitor progress of OSI HR deliverables and escalate risk or delays to the HR Director
• Other Duties as assigned

Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field and experience with leading and completing projects
• At least 4 years of experience in HR
• Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines
• Must be process oriented and possess skills including organizing, scheduling, conducting and coordinating work assignments to meet project deadlines
• Strong working knowledge of MS365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, MS List)
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to groups at varying levels
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

• Experience supporting HR projects or initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 4-6 years of work experience or equivalent
