We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Project Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team and drive sales growth while fostering client relationships in the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and project requirements.
  • Prepare and present detailed project proposals and sales presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate project specifications and solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure profitable sales agreements.
  • Monitor project progress and address any client concerns to ensure satisfaction during execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new products to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HVAC sales or related fields, preferably in a project sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

  • Current authorization to work in the United States.

  • Base Salary of $85,000 - $90,000 DOE | First-year On Target Earnings (OTE) is $175,000+.
  • Tenured Rep On Target Earnings (OTE) is $225,000+.
