Influencer Affiliate Marketing Specialist (TikTok)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day TikTok affiliate and influencer programs.
• Recruit and onboard creators who can drive sales in lifestyle, home, and seasonal categories.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns that align with promotions and sales goals.
• Run TikTok LIVE sessions with top creators, coordinating content, talking points, and product highlights.
• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
• Build strong relationships with creators to foster long-term, high-performing partnerships.
• Stay up-to-date on TikTok Shop tools, features, and trends to drive innovative strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years in influencer, affiliate, or performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok's creator ecosystem and commerce features.
• Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple campaigns and creator relationships.
• Excellent communicator with a passion for content, trends, and short-form video commerce.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TikTok experience is a plus.

Benefits & Perks

• Wage of $38/hr (W2 and eligible for benefits).
• Full-time hours from 9-6pm, ongoing temp work possible.
• 4 days on site in Newport Beach, OC/Southern California.
