About the Role

The Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist (TikTok) is responsible for leading TikTok affiliate and creator programs, driving revenue through creator partnerships, livestream activations, and shop campaigns. The role involves collaborating across marketing, creative, and product teams to develop innovative strategies and optimize campaign performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day TikTok affiliate and influencer programs.
Recruit and onboard creators who can drive sales in lifestyle, home, and seasonal categories.
Plan and execute influencer campaigns that align with promotions and sales goals.
Run TikTok LIVE sessions with top creators, coordinating content, talking points, and product highlights.
Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
Build strong relationships with creators to foster long-term, high-performing partnerships.
Stay up-to-date on TikTok Shop tools, features, and trends to drive innovative strategies.

Requirements

2+ years in influencer, affiliate, or performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of TikTok's creator ecosystem and commerce features.
Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple campaigns and creator relationships.
Excellent communicator with a passion for content, trends, and short-form video commerce.
