About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails about changes, additional services, and meal orders.
• Communicate changes or additional services to the department head.
• Work side by side with the department head and print/distribute documents and reports to assigned departments.
• Produce production reports, print labels as needed, and manually add flights in the CBASE system.
• Utilize the customer website to extract meal orders for the day of and future scheduling.
• Inventory office supplies and order supplies as needed.
• Submit service calls for equipment as needed.
• Pull specifications and forecast usage as needed.
• Audit flights and diagrams to ensure proper distribution and service verification per customer specifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One to three years of administrative or customer support experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to shift priorities quickly.
• Problem solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications
