About the Role

The Inside Partner Account Manager - West (iPAM) role is to support the Pure partner community by providing onboarding assistance, managing systems and processes, handling deal registration, and promoting Pure's brand and programs to partners. The role involves ensuring a positive partner experience and facilitating operational efficiency within a dynamic, innovative tech environment focused on data storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle deal registration approvals, rejections, extensions, reassignments, and issues.
Address any issues with the deal registration process.
Understand and explain partner program details to partners.
Help partners with portal access and login (account creation, password resets, etc.).
Provide partners with portal navigation assistance.
Assist PAMs in onboarding new resellers and distributors.
Act as point person for CPQ issues including license allocation.
Assist partners in accessing required and optional training and certifications.
Provide proactive updates on progress towards meeting program requirements.
Assess operational processes and identify opportunities to streamline.
Document new processes as they are introduced for partners.
Coordinate responses and updates in Medallia for “detractors” in partner survey.
Field and redirect inbound queries from partners.
Drive partner attendance to and participate in marketing events.
Conduct marketing event follow-up and partner recognition activities.

Requirements

BS/BA degree required.
1-3 years of business professional experience, preferably in account management, sales, or customer service.
Experience handling deal registration processes and partner programs.
Ability to assist with portal access, login issues, and navigation.
Strong communication skills to explain program details and address partner inquiries.
Experience with operational process assessment and documentation.
Ability to coordinate responses and manage partner relationships.

Nice to Have

Experience with CPQ tools and license allocation.
Experience in a technology or data storage industry.
Experience working in an in-office environment, preferably in Santa Clara.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA).
