About the Role

Inside Sales Account Manager at Butler America Aerospace L.L.C. is a customer-centric role focused on increasing sales of spare parts, developing customer relationships, and providing exceptional service. The position involves managing customer accounts, researching parts, providing quotes, and promoting products within a technical environment, supporting the company's aerospace parts sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Meet or exceed annual sales goals with parts sales to the external customer base by attaining daily call activity metrics, increasing touchpoints, and following up on leads.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers placing orders for service parts, ensuring customer satisfaction and account management.
Research and identify part numbers, obtain part prices and lead times, and track shipment with close management on special/larger orders sold by Unitec.
Provide timely and accurate quotes and offer obsolescence product solutions to grow the sales pipeline.
Proactively propose, promote, and develop promotional product campaigns for new and existing products.
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of parts and packages.

Requirements

Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
Very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft-based computer software and HubSpot CRM.
Goal-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
