About the Role

EasyPay Finance is the leader in Financial Technology, providing tools to increase revenue for businesses by approving customers for financing at the point of purchase. The company has high customer satisfaction and is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Inside Sales - Account Manager to join their team, working with business clients within a territory to manage sales and relationships, understand client needs, educate clients, and generate sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Host training sessions for clients and their staff
  • Develop and maintain business within existing territory
  • Work strategically with Inside Sales Manager to drive client sales and engagement
  • Resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalate issues to manager as appropriate
  • Keep informed of competition and industry trends
  • Use relationship management techniques to build client loyalty
  • Persuasively sell EasyPay clients on making EasyPay their exclusive payment option

Requirements

  • Ability to grow new accounts and develop and maintain business within existing accounts
  • Proficiency and comfort in doing business in Spanish and English
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and ability to log interactions effectively
  • Interest in problem solving, consulting, and servicing customers
  • Strong phone presence and ability to meet call requirements
  • Strong collaboration and social skills
  • Proven track record of sales, client satisfaction, and teamwork
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated
  • PC literacy (Office 365: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • 1-2 years experience in CSM, AM, AE, BDR role and/or inside/outside sales experience preferred
  • Must meet minimum technical requirements to work remotely
  • Ability to pass background and credit check after conditional job offer

Nice to Have

  • Experience in high-volume, customer-focused sales environments such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Hertz, wireless sales (T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.)
  • Experience in tele prospecting, virtual presentations, and B2B/F2F sales

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales roles such as CSM, AM, AE, BDR, inside or outside sales
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • PC literacy with Office 365 applications
