We are looking for an Inside Sales: Residential Plumbing to join our growing team! We operate 19 branch locations and 14 showrooms throughout Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Function: As an Inside Sales Manager: Residential Plumbing, you will lead and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to drive revenue growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet sales targets. Your role involves overseeing all aspects of inside sales operations, from team performance management to strategic planning and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of inside sales representatives.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to develop the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
  • Set clear performance expectations and goals for individuals and the team.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define pricing strategies, product positioning, and sales tactics.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of inside sales representatives against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Streamline and optimize the inside sales process to enhance efficiency, productivity, and the overall customer experience.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in the sales process and develop solutions to address them.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers and accounts to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against goals.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions and adjust sales strategies as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales management or a similar leadership role within the plumbing supply industry.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in sales management software, Epicor Eclipse systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
