We're seeking a relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our growing team. This role will serve as a key point of contact for our existing customers — providing a white-glove, consultative experience while also identifying and developing new business opportunities within current accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned hospital and senior living accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive communication and support.
  • Understand client needs and challenges to provide tailored product recommendations and solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work to expand product adoption.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, product information, and sales documentation.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries and service satisfaction.
  • Track account activity using CRM tools and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats or growth areas.
  • Support occasional outbound sales campaigns targeting upselling or re-engagement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Experience in the medical equipment industry an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems an asset.
  • Knowledge of hospital purchasing cycles or senior living procurement processes is a strong asset.
