About the Role

Enthusiast Auto Holdings (EAH) is a highly successful e-commerce company in the automotive aftermarket parts industry, serving automotive enthusiast customers and a global network of specialty installer shops. EAH is focused on providing parts, content, knowledge, and support to enhance vehicle performance and appearance, with a strong emphasis on growth, profitability, and technological expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation - Meeting quotas for outbound lead generation, lead conversion, and account growth through cold calling, emailing, and messaging to connect with potential partners.
  • Identify Customer Needs - Maintaining regular conversations with B2B partners to understand their needs and build stronger relationships.
  • Negotiate and Closing - Signing up new accounts, working with customers on orders, pricing, and within established B2B pricing guidelines.
  • Customer Interaction - Representing the company's core values with professionalism and driving loyalty, trust, and respect with customers.
  • General Support Tasks - Managing customer communications via phone, email, chat, and text, as well as order entry and account management.
  • Account Reactivation - Identifying dormant customer accounts and reaching out to reactivate relationships.

Requirements

  • Belief in core values: Communication, Transparency, Collaboration, Trust, Respect.
  • Enthusiasm and profound knowledge of the off-roading and overlanding marketplace, including trends and technical automotive repair/maintenance experience.
  • At least 6+ years of B2B/Wholesale and account management experience.
  • Customer service-oriented approach with the ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft or Google Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software such as Slack and HelpScout.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Unrelenting desire to serve customers.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Travel availability of 20-30%.
  • Support for events and tradeshows as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Strong technical offroad and overlanding background.

  • 3-month ramp-up period with guaranteed minimum monthly compensation of $4,300.
  • Expected first-year annual compensation of $55,000 - $70,000+ (base + uncapped commission).
