About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with leads provided by the company to discuss life insurance needs.
• Build and manage your own insurance sales business, either part-time or full-time.
• Follow the company's training and sales system to succeed in selling insurance products.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, calls, webinars, and events to improve sales skills.
• Work independently as a 1099 independent sales agent, controlling your schedule and income.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• US Citizenship.
• Insurance License (or willingness to complete the study course at a discounted rate).
• Ability to work independently and follow training and sales systems.
