About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver measurable growth in diversified revenue streams.
• Develop KPIS and dashboards to drive decisions and develop informed fundraising strategies.
• Foster alliances with high-profile leaders in various networks to drive investment initiatives and deliver measurable community impact.
• Ensure brand visibility supports business development and position the organization as a thought leader in the community through brand reputation.
• Other responsibilities as needed to steward a diverse portfolio of funding partnerships.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive high-level development or fundraising experience.
• 8+ years of executive leadership experience.
• Proven success leading fundraising for organizations with $100 million+ budgets.
• Able to strongly convey visions and ensure diverse audiences are impacted by strategies.

Benefits & Perks

• Pays $75/hr-$90/hr
• Temporary for 1 year.
• If converted to permanent, $170k-$190k.
• 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
