About the Role

The Marketing Representative is responsible for growing patient census by exploring new sources and potential referral sources, maintaining existing accounts, and developing marketing strategies. This role involves significant travel (75+%) and requires use of a personal vehicle, with mileage reimbursement. The position is within Coastal Harbor Health System, which provides inpatient care for children, adolescents, and adults, serving local and out-of-state patients in Savannah, GA. The company is part of Universal Health Services, a large healthcare provider with numerous facilities across the U.S. and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and conduct pre-qualified sales calls (40-45 per week).
Coordinate program-focused workshops, training programs, and seminars as needed.
Assist with the development of materials and activities promoting the hospital.
Analyze referral trends and admissions data to develop marketing strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's level degree required.
Two years' experience in healthcare direct sales/marketing.
Ability to utilize personal vehicle for travel (75+%).
Must be able to focus on new lead generation and quality referral source development, as well as maintenance of current accounts.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Must possess a valid state driver's license with appropriate endorsement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in healthcare sales or marketing.
