IVA SPECIALIST

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and Deploy Veeva CLM Content: Build and develop Veeva CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) content, also known as IVAs, using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Project Management & Collaboration: Partner with internal and external agencies, serving as the project originator to route completed IVAs through the Material Review Process.
• Maintain Content Inventory: Create and maintain an inventory of components and templates to ensure broad use and consistency across the enterprise.
• Enhance Platform Functionality: Provide feedback and enhancement ideas for the Veeva CLM content creation platform to inform the product roadmap.
• Ensure Brand Standards: Collaborate with agencies and marketing teams to ensure all content meets the brand's high standards of quality and compliance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Veeva CRM, specifically in creating, building, and executing IVAs.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Assets, and Figma.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Business, or Marketing.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with strong client service and communication skills.
• Skilled at editing and proofreading with excellent written and grammatical skills.
• A strong ability to execute and exceed stakeholder expectations while thinking strategically.

Qualifications

• Mid-level experience
• 3 years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Business, or Marketing
