About the Role

Signet Jewelers, the world's largest retailer of diamond jewelry with over 2,800 stores worldwide, is a people-first company committed to diversity, inclusion, and community engagement. Jared, part of the Signet family, is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Email & SMS Specialist for a 2-month contract role to support their marketing team during a critical seasonal period. The role involves executing and QA'ing email and SMS campaigns to ensure flawless delivery and customer engagement, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the deployment of daily email and SMS campaigns in alignment with the monthly marketing calendar
Collaborate with the Director to adjust content and schedules as needed
Create briefs for daily campaigns and ensure routing, QA, and approvals are completed before deployment
Support campaign segmentation and SMS testing (approximately 4-6 tests per month)
Assist with weekly performance reporting and provide insights for optimization

Requirements

Experience managing and deploying email and SMS marketing campaigns
Strong attention to detail, particularly when QA'ing creative, copy, and technical elements
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience in retail or eCommerce is a plus
Familiarity with Sailthru or similar email marketing platforms is highly preferred
