Jr Social Content Strategist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube & more.
• Create short-form video and image-based content.
• Collaborate with the in-office team for various tasks.
• Assist with administrative and organizational needs.
• Imaged based & more. An interest in public safety / first responder audiences is great but not required.

Requirements

• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative content and successful social media campaigns.
• Understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt rapidly to aggressive deadlines.
• Very strong attention to detail.
• Must have skills in Content, CSS, JavaScript, Social Media, XML.
• Experience managing social media management and analytics tools (3+ years).
• Experience creating short-form videos and image content for social media platforms (3+ years).
• Preferred education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Candidates must be located near Dallas, TX, and authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to Have

• An interest in public safety / first responder audiences.
