Junior Graphic Designer - TS/SCI clearance

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Be part of a high-performing team of designers and communications specialists responsible for a wide variety of graphic design tasks, including visualizing and creating reports, infographics, flyers and other products while helping to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
• Have working knowledge of video and multimedia production techniques with the desire to grow that skillset to an advanced level.
• Create and edit visual content of high-level information conveyance such as strategic plans and briefings.
• Elevate and standardize the full range of all print and digital publications including annual reports, audit and inspections reports, outreach flyers, websites, etc.
• Work closely with the leadership team and data analytics team to help promote and enhance content including reports, briefs, and visual data.
• Support prospective projects such as technical overview infographics, annual and strategic plan documents, PowerPoint briefings, print communication products, timeline graphics, handbooks, and reports.

Requirements

• Advanced skills in modern graphic design, with basic copy-editing skills.
• Working knowledge of video and multimedia production.
• Working knowledge of still photography.
• Experience creating and editing visual content for high-level information conveyance.
• Ability to work closely with leadership and data analytics teams to promote and enhance content.
• 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Knowledge of principles of graphic design, multimedia, data visualization, and standards to produce complex, customized visual communication products.
• Proficiency with graphic design software to illustrate abstract ideas, complex data, and technical subject matter.
• Ability to translate abstract ideas and concepts into clear visual representations and develop comprehensive layouts.
• Understanding of multimedia design and production, including animation, videography, editing, and post-production.
• Basic knowledge of script development, filming, editing video, animation, and motion graphics.
• Skills in still photography, including event documentation and studio photography.
