Junior Marketing & Fundraising Assistant Entry Level

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Represent well-known nonprofit organizations at community events, street campaigns, and fundraising activations.
• Speak directly with members of the public to share campaign goals and encourage donations or volunteer support.
• Support event planning, booth setup, and distribution of marketing materials.
• Track campaign performance, donor interactions, and community feedback.
• Work closely with a dynamic outreach team to develop new marketing and engagement strategies.
• Participate in weekly training on communication, public speaking, and nonprofit fundraising techniques.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments.
• Flexible schedule (including some weekends for events).
• Must be 18 or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
