Junior Reporting Analyst / Data Entry

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and maintain required marketplace data on a project basis.
• Daily auditing of marketplace inventory position and open orders.
• Perform precise data entry into our internal SAP company databases.
• Handle essential back-office administrative tasks, such as digital and physical document filing, and systematic document closure.
• Contribute to the strategic expansion and optimization of our online business on all relevant digital e-commerce platforms, including updating images, copy, and other data fields required for optimal performance.
• Data analysis of inbound and outbound data from internal databases to various marketplaces and external data sources.
• Entry level help desk internal to our IT department.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• Demonstrated high proficiency in computer operation.
• Exceptional data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong command of all Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Experience with Google Workspace is a plus including Sheets and Gmail.
• Prior experience with e-commerce platforms and online business operations is a plus, but not required.
• Excel / Tableau Developer is a plus, but not required.
• Data Visualization Assistant is a plus, but not required.
• SQL Writer (Junior) is a plus, but not required.
• Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred and/or Associates degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to Have

Qualifications
