We are looking for a Junior Sales Development Specialist with knowledge of French to join our growing team in Warsaw. This role supports our go-to-market efforts in the French-speaking market, identifies and engages potential customers, and helps build a strong sales pipeline for the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying inbound and outbound prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Support outbound campaigns with personalized messaging to connect with target prospects.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth lead handoff and aligned messaging.
  • Keep accurate records of activities and prospect information in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed on key trends and business challenges in the French-speaking market.

Requirements

  • Some experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or internships in B2B environments is a plus.
  • Interest in SaaS, CRM, or tech sales is preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication in French and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and eager to build confidence in sales conversations.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Curious, adaptable, and results-oriented.

Nice to Have

  • Interest in SaaS, CRM, or tech sales.

Qualifications
