Your day at a glance: + Expand Genetec Sales across all Product lines with a defined list of Large End Users + Discover, track and forecast those new product opportunities in the CRM  + Identify & support specific integration partners to deliver the solutions as applicable + Visit End user sites- Corp Offices, Distribution Centers Stores, Branches, etc as required to fully learn End Users business needs + Achieve annual sales quotas for these end users + Coordinate and facilitate internal Genetec communication with SEs, Product Line Managers & Support as Required + Report strategies, next steps & satisfaction levels from end users  + Coordinate end user & integrator training as required + Acquire and maintain adequate knowledge of all existing & future Genetec products lines

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand Genetec Sales across all Product lines with a defined list of Large End Users
  • Discover, track and forecast new product opportunities in the CRM
  • Identify & support specific integration partners to deliver solutions as applicable
  • Visit End user sites such as Corporate Offices, Distribution Centers, Stores, and Branches to understand their business needs
  • Achieve annual sales quotas for end users
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal communication with Sales Engineers, Product Line Managers & Support
  • Report strategies, next steps, and satisfaction levels from end users
  • Coordinate end user and integrator training as required
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of all existing and future Genetec product lines

Requirements

  • Good understanding of security operations
  • Experience in the retail facilities, restaurant, or hospitality industry is a strong asset
  • Prior experience working directly with end users or customers is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Genetec products and solutions is highly valued
  • Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders and create consensus across business units and regions
  • Broad experience in business operations and management priorities
  • Ability to travel 60%

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the retail facilities, restaurant, or hospitality industry

Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with end users or customers
  • Hands-on experience with Genetec products and solutions
