About the Role

As a Key Account Team Executive - Non-Alc (OnP), you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, expanding market share, and strengthening brand presence within your assigned territory. You are accountable for profitably managing business results (revenue, volume, profit) for assigned chain(s) and key account(s) across the Fever-Tree portfolio and other MCBC non-alc brands based on our channel portfolio strategy. The role involves developing account sales plans, facilitating their implementation, and building value-enhancing relationships with retailers through deep understanding of the category and on-premise trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain account plans for assigned on-premise regional chains and key accounts, particularly high-volume spirits-led accounts with little beer volume and presence.
  • Create annual Joint Business Plans utilizing customer discovery and alignment techniques, updating them throughout the year with programming, drink menus, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure delivery of volume, profit, and share targets, owning local execution and selling into national on-premise chains.
  • Coordinate with the National Accounts non-alc on-premise team to ensure local compliance with mandates and create local plans to augment national mandates.
  • Build and execute programming such as pop-ups and local cocktail features.
  • Improve Molson Coors Beverage Company's relationship and alignment with the account(s) through networking and relationship management.
  • Coordinate alignment of programming with management units and distributors, working with marketing resources to develop and deliver customized programming.
  • Train hotel, bar, and restaurant staff on drink trends, Fever-Tree brand knowledge, and mixology, as well as support distributor training on cocktail creation and current trends.
  • Conduct regional/store visits to check on execution and identify opportunities.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the beverage industry including spirits, strong on-premise channel knowledge, and beverage distribution experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial-based role driving execution across partners.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, spirits brands, current trends in drink menus, and high-end dining.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with spirits brands and on-premise channel strategies.
  • Knowledge of the beverage distribution landscape.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a commercial role with a focus on execution and partner management.
  • Knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and current drink trends.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range of $92,100.00 - $120,900.00 plus a 15% target short-term incentive.
  • Approximately $23,000 spent on benefits per employee, including health, dental, vision, retirement with employer match, wellness incentives, and EAP.
  • Paid time off including holidays, vacation days, and sick days.
